THE BANGURAS AND THE LOVEKINS HELD TALKS FOR A PRIMER IN LIBERIA IN 2012



The Banguras and the Lovekins held talks at the headquarters of Literacy & Evangelism International in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the construction of the Kpelle Primer in March 2012. Kpelle is one of the main tribal languages in Liberia with a population of 804,000 approximately.

NEED FOR A LAPTOP


Our coordinator for the Themne Language Project, Rev. Samuel Tholley needs a laptop to work with for the translation of Bible content materials into Themne. Themne is a very strategic language in Sierra Leone and is predominantly Muslim. A good dell costs about $350 or little more. Please pray with us this need. WOMEN LITERACY PROJECT


Pastor Zerayia Agnes Bangura is the coordinator for the Women Literacy Project in Sierra Leone. The women literacy project is a part of the Sierra Leone Literacy Project (Literacy & Evangelism Sierra Leone) which is aiming at transforming Sierra Leone through literacy by raising the literacy rate from 39% to 70% by 2015. Literacy & Evangelism Sierra Leone is registered with the Ministry of Social Welfare, Gender & Children Affairs.
